Once your session wraps up, everything moves seamlessly into the next phase. From previews to final images, each step is thoughtfully handled so the process feels smooth, organized, and easy—giving you space to simply enjoy seeing your images come to life.

What happens next

From Session
to Final Gallery

After your final gallery is delivered, you’ll be able to visit the online product store to order prints and professional products. This is available at any time, so there’s no pressure to decide right away.

4. Prints and products

Once your selections are made, I’ll hand-edit each chosen image. This includes removing blemishes, stray hairs, and small distractions in the background, along with thoughtful color and tone enhancements.

The goal is a clean, polished finish that still looks natural and timeless—never overdone.

Your completed images will be delivered in a final online gallery, ready for downloading, sharing, and enjoying. All collections include a mobile app, making it easy to access your images right from your phone.

3. Final editing & gallery delivery

Approximately 7–10 days after your session, you’ll receive access to a private online proofing gallery. This gallery includes a large selection of images from your session and can be viewed from the comfort of your own home.

From here, you’ll select the images you’d like me to fully retouch for your final gallery, based on the number of images included in the collection you selected at booking. You’ll know exactly how many images to choose—everything is clearly outlined and easy to follow.

2. Your online proofing gallery

Within a day or two of your shoot, I’ll share a small preview from your session on Instagram. This is an early look at how everything came together and a first glimpse of the style and feel of your final images.

If questions come up at any point in the process, I’m always happy to help. My goal is for everything after your session to feel just as smooth and thoughtful as the planning that came before it.

Many of my seniors choose to do a short follow-up session in the spring once college plans are finalized. These mini sessions are designed specifically for ERS seniors and are a fun way to capture a few updated images—often in college gear or school colors.

Spring and college minis include digital images at a special, reduced rate for ERS clients and are perfect for graduation announcements, party displays, and sharing with family.

This is completely optional, but I love offering it as an easy way to document this next chapter when the timing feels right.
